the way I like to eat them is in a salad - made of rocket, pine nuts and parmesan......and pomegranate seeds! It's not easy to find rocket in Granollers but Caprabo has it in little bags. ( PS i actually found coriander fresh in the sunday market - fell on it screaming with joy. then left it to moulder in the fridge. but it wasn't a good week for cooking interesting things - had our resident young person to feed) K xx
Hey! I just tried the seeds in the salad tonight. Let's see how it goes down. :) They have coriander at the Mercadona near the station, usually. See you sooon!
