The other night I saw a tow truck parked in a non-parking zone. Then I saw the driver browsing in one of the bazaars. Five minutes later he was stopped in front of a car double parked. Who is going to book the tow truck?
they have been very busy these past weeks - cleared away all the cars at the back of Llancadora and every day I pass them towing away yet another unfortunate car. I would be scared to park anywhere here - how do you know where is forbidden? Pep says they need money at the moment so are going a bit wild. K x
