Your grandmothers and mothers were influenced by Hollywood glamour and the images of Monroe, Grace Kelly and the Swedish sirens of 80's TV. But you don't have to believe that nonsense!

Be willing to embrace your natural brilliant radiance! Give it a chance! Do you want to pass on your 'you are not good enough' feeling to your daughters? Someone must break the chain and you are strong enough.

We're in Gijon and the most remarkable thing we have seen is the flocking of older people to the water to wade.
Their feet and ankles are in excellent condition. There are older people marching through the water with pure health and well being in their mind. It's not the most elegant of towns but we were most impressed with the walkers, joggers, cyclists and waders of all ages. Well done Gigon!

Today we're going home.
Today is Catalonia's Day. There is going to be a big demonstration for independence today. Keep your eyes on the news. Let's hope it goes peacefully.
