I just finished reading this lovely book. It was left to me by my friend Sarah who lived in Genoa.
It's a book about two English women living up in the olive groves of Liguria.
It's funny and insightful and full of self depreciating humour. I finished it in two days.
It really is nothing like our experience here in Catalonia, and yet, it is. I see the faint shadow of similarity and wonder.
Anyway, highly recommended and I am keeping the book on a shelf for Kate when she returns. Kindle or no.
